530 Strength & Conditioning offers group classes where you’ll learn to properly and safely perform the basic barbell lifts that form the foundation of an effective strength training program, and endurance training to improve your cardiovascular conditioning.  

 

Personal training sessions allows the trainer to work with you 1 on 1, customizing a program to meet your individual fitness and health goals.

Whether you're just starting out or an experienced competitive athlete, our group classes are for all levels of fitness. The foundations of our group strength and conditioning program is built on the principles of strength training and functional training.

​Our 1 on 1 training sessions are a great way to start a life of training, or to continue to grow and improve upon your current training journey.  Partnering one on one with a skilled, passionate coach can be a very rewarding experience for everyone involved.

           KETTLEBELL TRAINING - VELOCITY

 

Velocity focuses primarily with kettlebell training, but not exclusively. The kettlebell allows members to exercise in 3D total body-movements, but we use lots of other fun workout tools. Whether you’re flipping the tire or lifting a barbell, Velocity provides a personalized training experience filled with variety.

Boot camp is a great way to quick start weight loss and fitness. Challenge yourself beyond traditional strength training with this endurance focused, functional workout.
